Posted by Head Coach of the Black Princesses (Female U-20 team) Yussif Basigi has settled on twenty players for the maiden edition of the WAFU B U-20 Girls Cup of Nations in Kumasi.
The team has been preparing at the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence at Prampram ahead of the tournament to be played at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium from Saturday, May 20 to Saturday, June 3, 2023.
The Black Princesses are expected to depart Accra for Kumasi on Thursday, May 18, 2023.
The team is drawn in Group A alongside Benin and Cote D’Ivoire. Ghana will open its campaign on Saturday, May 20 against Benin before taking on Cote D’Ivoire in the other group A game on Saturday, May 27, 2023.
