Posted by The Black Galaxies came from a goal down to beat Accra Hearts of Oak 2-1 in a friendly encounter at the Ghanaman Soccer Center in Prampram on Sunday.
Hearts of Oak went into the halftime break a goal up courtesy a goal scored by youngster Amankwaah Baafi.
In the second half, the Galaxies pulled parity through David Abagna from a spot kick, before Bright Adjei scored the winner from close range later on.
The friendly game forms part of the local national team’s preparation for the 2022 TotalEnergies African Nations Championship (CHAN) to be played in Algeria from Friday, January 13 to Saturday, February 4, 2023.
Ghana has been drawn in Group C for the group stages of the competition alongside holders Morocco, two-time bronze winners Sudan and debutants Madagascar.
