The combative midfielder was the heart of Atlético Madrid’s midfield. He featured in 46 games for Simeone’s in all competitions, scoring 3 times and the league and the other one in the UEFA Champions league.
Thomas Partey scored his first of the 2019/20 La Liga season against Eibar in a 3-2 win for Atletico Madrid. His second came in a 2-2 draw against Valencia and the third against Getafe in a 2-0 win.
Partey’s stellar performances has earned him on the place of most top European clubs, with Arsenal being favorites to secure his signature.
Thomas Partey has a £43.5 million release clause and a contract that runs till 2023 at Atlético Madrid.
