Ghanaian midfielder Thomas Partey was on target for Arsenal in 3-1 victory against bitterest rivals Tottenham Hotspurs at the Emirates Stadium.
Partey was making a return from an injury he picked up while on duty on with the Ghana national team, one which ruled him out of the International friendly games against Brazil and Nicaragua.
Arsenal after controlling most parts of the opening minutes went ahead in the 20th minute. Thomas Partey let fly an unstoppable drive into the top right corner after was teed up by Ben White.

The lead lasted just 10 minutes, Tottenham Hotspurs pulled parity through Harry Kane, taking advantage of a penalty situation.
Just 4 minutes into the second half, Arsenal regained the lead through Gabriel Jesus. The Brazilian took advantage of an howler by Hugo Lloris to give his team the lead.
In the 62nd minute, Spurs went a man down, Emerson Royal was sent off for a reckless tackle on Gabriel Martinelli. Arsenal took advantage to score the 3rd through Xhaka in the 67th minute.
Thomas Partey was subbed off in 73rd minute as Arsenal saw the game off, 3-1.
