Ghanaian winger Osman Bukari provided an assist and scored a goal for Red Star Belgrade in a 5-0 win in their opening game of the 2023/24 season against Vojvodina on Sunday.

The Serbian Champions wasted no time and opened the scoring in the 12th minute, Jean-Philippe Krasso scored from a spot-kick to make it 1-0.

Vojvodina were reduced to ten men in the 24th minute when Aleksander Busnic was shown a second yellow. Red Star Belgrade took advantage of the situation and extended their lead on the stroke of halftime through an own goal scored by Radomir Milosavljević.

Six minutes after the break, Jean-Philippe Krasso scored his second goal of the day to make it 3-0 for his side. In the 70th minute, Red Star Belgrade extended their lead through Vladimir Lucic, Osman Bukari provided the assist for the goal.

Ten minutes after being provider, Osman Bukari scored a solo goal to make it 5-0 and wrap up the win for his team. He went pass numerous bodies before passing the ball into the net.

The Ghanaian picks off from where he left off last season, where he scored 15 goals and provided 6 assists in all competitions.
