Ghanaian midfielder Majeed Ashimeru was on target for Anderlecht in their 4-1 victory against Kortrijk at the Losso Park in the Belgium topflight league on Sunday.
Anderlecht after a good start to the game opened the scoring in the 27th minute through Yari Verschaeren.
In the 57th minute, Anderlecht doubled their lead through Majeed Ashimeru. The Ghanaian midfielder headed the ball into the net from close range, his 2nd goal in 5 league appearances this season.

Faiz Salemani pulled a goal back for Kortrijk in the 62nd minute to give them hopes of a comeback. The hopes didn’t last long as Jan Vertoghen scored three minutes later to change the score to 3-1.
Lior Rafaelov rounded the win for Anderlecht in the 75th minute from the spot-kick.
