Ghanaian midfielder Latif Blessing was on target for Los Angeles as they thrashed Seattle Sounders 4-1 to seal a place in the Quarterfinals of the MLS is back Tournament.

Former Liberty Professionals midfielder Latif Blessing made it 2-0 in the 39th minute. Latif after receiving a pass from Bradley Wright-Philips on the left flanks cut in and then curled a beautiful shot. His effort took a big deflection off Shane O’Niell to go pass the Sounders goalkeeper Stefan Frei.
Will Bruin halved the scoreline in the 75th minute before Diego Rossi and Brian Rodriguez scored for Los Angeles to keep the game out of Sounders’ reach.
Los Angeles secured a 4-1 victory and a place in the quarterfinals of the MLS is back tournament.
