VIDEO: Andre Ayew continues scoring form as Al-Sadd beat Al-Gharafa in goals galore

Andre Ayew scored his 5th goal in consecutive games as Al-Sadd recorded a 6-4 victory against Al-Gharafa.

The Black Stars skipper started the game from the bench as Al-Sadd raced into a 3-0 victory after just 17 minutes, Baghdad Bounedjah scored the first before Saeed Alhaj and Saifeldeen Fadlalla scored two quick own goals.

Al-Gharafa pulled two back through Check Diabaté and Saifeldeen Fadialla 3 – 2.

In the 40th minute, Hassan Al Heidos scored to make it 4-2 but Cheick Diabaté scored once again on the stroke of halftime to take scoreline to 4-3.

In the opening minutes of the second half, Baghdad Bounedjah scored to extend his side’s lead to 5-3. Al-Gharafa scored once again to reduce the deficit to 5-4.

Ayew was introduced into the game in the 66th minute. The Black Star skipper wrapped the game up in the 89th minute, tapping in rebound.

The goal is raises Ayew’s goal scoring tally to 5 goals in 6 appearances.
