The Black Stars defeated Nicaragua 1-0 in an International friendly encounter at the Estadio Francisco Artés Carrasco based in Lorca, Spain.
Ghana came into the game hoping to get their preparations for the 2022 World Cup back on track after losing 3-0 to Brazil on Friday in Le Havre.
Head Coach, Otto Addo made 8 changes to the team that lost 3-0 to Brazil. Inaki Williams, Mohammed Salisu, Richard Ofori, Alidu Seidu, Gideon Mensah and so on were handed starts.

Ghana dominated the game and score the only goal in the 36th minute, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku collected a loose ball at the edge of the box and curled it pass the goalkeeper.
In the second half, the Black Stars had the ball twice at the back of the net through Mohammed Kudus and an own goal, but both goals were ruled out for offside.
Ghana should have scored more in what was a one sided game but they were let down by poor finishing and good goalkeeping as it ended 1-0.
The game against the 139th placed country on the latest FIFA ranking forms part of preparations for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Ghana are drawn in Group H for the group stages of the competition alongside Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay.
