Congolese Champions TP Mazembe have parted ways with former Hearts of Oak midfielder Torric Jibril.

Torric joined TP Mazembe in 2019 on an initial one-year deal with an option to extend.

But after the contract expiration, the Congolese giants have decided not to extend the contract, for reasons yet to be known.

Torric Jebrin made 15 appearances for TP Mazembe in all competitions last season, he scored a goal and provided two assists.

The 29-year-old who was once under the watch of Arsenal, Chelsea, Atlético Madrid, Lyon and Inter Milan has previously played for Hearts of Oak, Portsmouth, Zulte Waregem, Ismaily SC, Trabzonspor, Arab Contractors, Bucaspor, Al Masry SC, 1461 Trabzon, Al Wahda and Al Kawkab.

Jebrin was handed a call up to the Black Stars during the doubleheader against South Africa and Sao Tome in the 2022 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers by former Ghana coach, Kwesi Appiah in November.
