The Black Stars of Ghana after being away for almost a year due to the Coronavirus pandemic that brought football to standstill returned to action against the Eagles of Mali in an exhibition match in Antalya.

He as well handed debut starts to Alexander Djiku, Eugene Ansah and Tarique Fosu.
Mohammed Mogassouba also named a strong team, with the likes of Falaye Sacko, Amadou Haidara, Kalifa Coulibaly and Mamadou Fofana starting.
The Malians took the lead just 3 minutes into the game. Hamari Traore picked a decent pass from Cheik Doucoure on the right flank and made a decent run into the 18 yard box. He calmly beat Lawrence Ati to make it 1-0.
