Erstwhile Black Stars striker Prince Tagoe has backed his former Black Stars teammate and Hearts of Oak midfielder, Sulley Muntari to score against Asante Kotoko on Sunday.
The Phobians will take on bitterest rivals Asante Kotoko at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday in an outstanding match-week 7 Premier League fixture.
The game was initially scheduled to take place in December 2021 but was postponed due to Hearts of Oak’s participation in the CAF Confederations Cup.
Speaking ahead of the much anticipated game, Prince Tagoe who played for Hearts of Oak between 2004 and 2005 tipped Sulley Muntari to score the only goal of the game.
“Hearts of Oak will beat Kotoko 1-0 on Sunday, Sulley Muntari will score the goal on the day so people should watch out,” he said on Angel TV.
Hearts of Oak who are without a win in their last two league games currently sit in 8th place on the league table with 24 points from 16 games, 12 points behind leaders Asante Kotoko.
