Ghanaian winger Samuel Owusu has joined Saudi Arabian top-flight side Al Ahli Jeddah.
The 24-year-old joins on a year loan deal from relegated side Al-Fayha on loan with an option to make the deal permanent.
Samuel Owusu joined Saudi Arabian top-flight side Al-Fayha SC from Serbian side FK Cukaricki after excelling at the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Egypt.
He featured in 29 matches for Al-Fayha in the 2019/20 Saudi Professional League, scoring 7 goals and providing two assists.
However, his efforts wasn’t enough to keep his parent club in the league as they suffered relegation on the final day of the season.
At national level, Owusu has made 8 appearances for the Black Stars and scored a goal. He was a member of the team that represented the West African nation at the 2019 AFCON.
