Prosper Narteh Ogum has updated his Twitter biography to announce his decision to leave his role as Head Coach of Asante Kotoko.
Last month, Ogum through a zoom meeting took the decision to leave Asante Kotoko. Per reports, he resigned due to a misunderstanding between himself and the management team led by Nana Yaw Amponsah.
Following the decision which sent shock waves throughout the country, the board members of Asante Kotoko held numerous meetings with Ogum with the aim of convincing him to rescind his decision. However, that didn’t materialize.
In the latest development, Ogum has announced that he has left his role at the club, updating his Twitter Biography as the former Head Coach of Asante Kotoko.

Per a report from Oyerepa FM, the former WAFA manager officially tendered in his resignation letter earlier today and official announcement is expected to be made by the close of the day.
The reports adds that Ogum has received all unpaid bonuses and salaries. The 44-year old will also receive a huge bonus for helping the club win its first Ghana Premier League title since 2014.
