The Porcupine Warriors have faced problems both on and off the pitch. Just few days ago, GFA banned the club temporary from playing at the Kumasi Baba Yara Sports Stadium after the fans of the club were involved in hooliganism,an appalling and unsporting event which led to one fan being shot. The club will hope to put all these aside when they travel to Tarkwa to face the in form and resilient Medeama. Accra Hearts of Oak will have bittersweet memories going into this game, the last time the two sides met was in May 2019 in the Normalization Special cup in Accra. Accra Hearts of Oak won the game by 4-0. Also the last time Accra Hearts of Oak travelled to Sogakope to play WAFA in the league, they lost by 5-0. A disappointing result they’ll hope to avoid this time round.
