Kudos Mohammed’s Ajax defeated Majeed Ashimeru’s Red Bull Salzburg 4-1.
Ryan Gravenberch, Antony, Van de Beek and Devyne Renseh scored for Ajax, whiles Malian striker Sekou Koita grabbed the consolation goal for Red Bull Salzburg.
Ironically, the Ghanaian duo didn’t face each other on the field throughout the 90 minutes. Majeed Ashimeru, who started the game was replaced by Antoine Bernede in the 63rd minute, while Kudus came on in the 67th minute for Nicolas Tagliafico.
After the game, the duo got together for a good old chinwag.
The 2021/21 Eredivisie season commences on September 13, Ajax play Sparta Rotterdam away from home.
On the other hand, Red Bull Salzburg will officially start their season on August 28 in the Austrian cup against SW Bregenz.
