Mexican outfit Club Puebla has confirmed the acquisition of 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup star, Clifford Aboagye.
If it could be recalled, MahamaShaibu.com few days ago reported that Clifford Aboagye will be joining Club Puebla on a year loan deal. The deal has now been finalized and made official by the club.

Clifford Aboagye has endured a torrid time at Tijuana since joining in June 2020 from Atlas. He has featured in just 9 games for the Xolos, with 5 of those appearances coming from the bench.
The 25-year-old has now been offered a lifeline with a loan move to Puebla. Manager Juan Maximo Reynoso is an admirer of the former Inter Allies and Granada player.
Having arrived in Mexico in 2017 from Granada, Club Puebla becomes the fourth Mexican club Clifford will play for after Atlas, Querétaro and Club Tijuana.
Clifford was an integral member of the team that represented Ghana at the 2013 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Turkey. He helped Ghana finish 3rd and was awarded the Bronze ball (3rd best player at the tournament).
Clifford was recently handed a call-up to the senior national team of Ghana by Coach CK Akonnor ahead of Ghana’s 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers double-header against Sudan.
