Nine (9) teams secure promotion to the 2023/24 Division One League, a place more yet to be decided

Nine (9) teams have so far secured a ticket to play in the 2023/24 Access Bank Division One League, with a slot yet to be decided.

In Zone One, Paga Afeni FC, Wa Power SC, Northern City FC and Techiman Liberty secured promotion.

Paga Afeni FC emerged winners of the Upper East Division Two league, Wa Power SC were winners of the Upper West zone, Northern City FC winners of Northern Region zone and Techiman Liberty were declared winners of Brong Ahafo Region.

In Zone Two, PAC Academy and Venomous Vipers, a veteran of the Premier League have secured promotion.

PAC Academy secured promotion as winners of Ashanti Region and Venomous Vipers as winners of the Central Region Division Two League. The Western Region Division Two middle league is yet to be played due to an injunction.

In Zone Three, Still Believe FC, Okwahu United and Home Stars FC were promoted.

Still Believe, the feeder side of Dreams FC were winners of the Greater Accra zone, erstwhile Premier League side Okwahu United winners of Eastern Region Division Two League and Home Stars FC winners of Volta Region Division Two League.

Meanwhile, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) will release the fixtures for the upcoming season ending this month. The league is expected to kickoff at the ending of next month or beginning of September.

Below are the Division Two clubs to secure promotion;

ZONE ONE

Paga Afeni FC (Upper East Region)
Wa Power SC (Upper West Region)
Northern City FC (Northern Region)
Techiman Liberty (Brong Ahafo Region)

ZONE TWO

PAC Academy (Ashanti Region)
Venomous Vipers (Central Region)
Western Region (Yet to be decided)

ZONE THREE

Still Believe FC (Greater Accra Region)
Okwahu United (Eastern Region)
Home Stars FC (Volta Region)
