Ex-Ghana and Anderlecht forward, Nii Odartey Lamptey has offered Thomas Partey an advice on his next move.
The former Aston Villa man adviced Thomas Party to be very cautious on his next move amid interest from other top European clubs.
Thomas Partey has been linked with a myriad of clubs ahead of the summer transfer window.
The midfielder has been sensational this season and has been the heart of the Atlético Madrid midfield.
Partey’s astounding performances has earned him a place on the transfer list of the likes of Arsenal, Manchester United, PSG, Juventus etc.
Speaking in an interview to Ahomka FM, Nii Odartey Lamptey offered “the wanted man” Thomas Partey an advice on his next move.
“With the numerous offers coming in for Partey, if he does not make the right decision his top from in Spain will go off. It will depend on the country he will move to. Decision making can spoil your career, 100 percent”.
“For me, I will say he [Thomas Partey] should stay in Spain. For now, there is money involved but his club can equally pay him well. When it comes to football I will not advise him to move to Italy or England.
“Even if he will want to move he should move to a club in Spain but not to another country. With his style of play he can play there for a very long time and excel”, he added.
According to reports, Partey’s new contract discussion at Atlético Madrid has taken a nosedive, and that has intensified interest from suitors.
