Posted by Mohammed Kudus suffered an injury while in action for Ajax in the semifinal of the Dutch cup against Feyenoord on Wednesday evening.
The Ghanaian international was replaced by Francisco Conceicao in the 61st minute after picking what has been described as a muscle injury as Ajax defeated Feyenoord 2-1.
Skipper Dusan Tadic opened the scoring for Ajax in 14th minute. In the dying minutes of the first half, Santiago Gimenez scored to make it 1-1, before Davy Klaassen scored in the 51st minute to secure Ajax the win and a place in the final.
Mohammed Kudus will undergo a scan in the coming days to determine the extent of the injury. The 22-year has been a key man for the Dutch giants this season, scoring 17 goals and providing 5 assists in all competitions.
