Mohammed Fatawu earns first start since May, Ofori Antwi starts in goal: Hearts lineup vs AS Real Bamako

Interim Head Coach of Hearts of Oak, David Ocloo has named his outfit’s lineup for the first leg of the second qualifying round of the 2022/23 CAF Confederations against AS Real Bamako of Mali.

Eric Ofori Antwi gets the nod to start in goal, starting ahead of Richard Attah and Richmond Ayi.

Skipper Fatawu Mohammed earns his first start of the season. Starting in defense alongside Konadu Yiadom, Mohammed Alhassan and Denis Korsah.

In the absence of Eric Esso, Caleb Amankwah starts in midfield and he’s joined by Daniel Kodie and Gladson Awako.

The attack will be led by Junior Kaaba, Daniel Afriyie Barnieh and Suraj Seidu.

The game will kickoff at 4:00 pm and will be played at the Stade 26 Mars stadium in Bamako.

Meanwhile, Hearts of Oak have announced that they’ll be unable to telecast the game. The Phobians saw a request to telecast the game on its app turned down.
