Qatari giants Al-Sadd have announced that they’ve mutually terminated the contract of midfielder Andre Ayew.
The decision was announced by the record Qatar league winners in a post on Twitter.
The post read: “Al-Sadd SC has reached an agreement with Andre Ayew to terminate his contract with the club by mutual consent.”

Andre Ayew joined Al-Sadd in 2021 on a 2-year deal following the end of his contract with English Championship side Swansea City.
The Black Stars during his time with the Qatari fold scored 22 goals and provided 3 assists in 38 appearances in all competitions.
He in the process won two trophies with the club, the trophies include the 2021/22 Qatar Stars League and the 2021 Qatar Cup.
Ayew’s next destination is unknown but there are reports stipulating he could make a return to Olympique Marseille, a club where he started his career.
