Budding Ghanaian midfielder Isaac Gyamfi has signed for Albanian champions KF Tirana.
The 20-year-old joins the Albanian fold on a 3-year-deal from Ghanaian feeder club Rising Stars of Africa for an undisclosed fee.
Gyamfi represented Great Olympics in the annulled 2019/2020 Ghana Premier league season. He made 9 appearances and provided one assist.
The budding midfielder was part of the Ghana squad at the 2017 FIFA U17 World Cup in India where the Black Starlets reached the quarterfinals
He becomes the third Ghanaian player to join Tirana this summer after Derek Sasaraku and Ibrahim Sulley.
The trio join Winful Cobbinah who had a scintillating 2019/20 season, helping the team win the league title and also secure a place in the UEFA Champions league qualifiers but were unfortunately knocked out after losing to Serbian Champions Red Star Belgrade 1-0.
The Ghanaian quartet are expected to play a key role in coach Ndubuisi Egbo’s side as they seek to retain the Albanian championship title and also make an impact in the Europa league.
