Reports coming in indicates that Inter Milan have already initiated talks to cancel the contract of Kwadwo Asamoah.

Kwadwo Asamoah, who joined Inter Milan from Juventus in July 2018 on a free transfer has a contract with Inter that runs till 2021.

However, Inter who deem Kwadwo Asamoah as “surplus requirement” will like to cancel his contract mutually in bid to free space for the arrival of new players.

Having previously worked under Antonio Conte, Kwadwo Asamoah at the start of last season had hopes of having a great time under the Italian manager.

But that hasn’t been the case, the 31-year-old has struggled to impress Antonio Conte last season due to a recurring knee injury and now finds himself down the pecking order due to the arrival of Ashley Young and Aleksandar Kolarov.

Asamoah last season featured in just 12 games for Inter across all competitions, with his last game being against Roma in December.

The Ghanaian international has failed to play even a single minute since his return from a knee injury he suffered in December last year.

Kwadwo Asamoah is currently linked with a move to Turkey to join Fenerbahce or Galatasaray.
