The two teams headed into the final without suffering a defeat in any of their middle league games, Home Stars picked 7 points from 3 games while Inter Allies picked 9 points.
Home Stars in the group stages of the middle league defeated iLEAD SC 3-1, drew 1-1 Burning Star SC and defeated Bebeto FC 1-0 in the final group game.
Inter Allies on the other hand commenced with a 1-0 win against Kopeyia United, before beating Yadzo Oti Warriors 2-1 in the second group game and Ho Dynamo FC 2-0 in the final group game.
In the final at the heavily packed Ho Sports Stadium, Home Stars defeated Inter Allies 4-2 on penalty shootouts after a 1-1 draw game.
Home Stars secure a place in the Access Bank Division One League, where they’ll compete in zone three.
