Hearts of Oak defeated lower tier outfit Windy Professionals 4-1 to secure a place in the Round of 32 of the MTN FA cup.
The first half of the game ended scoreless, the Phobians dominated the half but Windy Professionals worked tirelessly to keep the score level at the break.
Hearts of Oak opened the scoring in the 50th minute through Daniel Afriyie, his shot deflected off Mohammed Adams and went pass goalkeeper Abubakar Sowah.

The Rainbow boys doubled their lead in the 55th minute through Emmanuel Netty, he tapped the ball into an empty net after he was set up by Daniel Afriyie.

Just two minutes after going 2-0 up, Windy Professionals reduced the deficit through Frank Okine, he capitalized on an error by the Hearts of Oak defense to score.
Hearts of Oak regained the 2 goals lead in the 69th minute, Benjamin Afutu leapt the highest to head in a crossing from Mohammed Fatawu.

The Phobians wrapped the game up in the 75th minute, Abdul Manaf Gumah met crossing from Mohammed Fatawu to make it 4-1.

Despite losing 4-1, the Division Two side acquitted themselves well against the Premier league leaders Hearts of Oak.
