Board Member of Accra Hearts of Oak Vincent Odotei Sowah has ordered the rest of the club’s National Chapters Committee (NCC) Chairman, Elvis Herman Hesse.

The arrest comes in hours after the two were captured in a video involved in a heated argument following Hearts of Oak’s exit from the CAF Confederations Cup on Sunday.

The altercation between the two in the VVIP section of the stadium was one of many off-field incidents that transpired yesterday.

After the game, irate fans held Vincent Odotei Sowah and fellow Board member Alhaji Akambi hostage, deflating their car tyres.

Per a report from GhanaSoccernet, Odotei is said to believe Herman Hesse is responsible for the fans’ behaviour and reported him to the Ministry Police, who arrested the NCC Chairman on Monday afternoon.

Elvis Herman Hesse had planned a Press Conference at Accra Sports Stadium to discuss recent happenings at the club, including the club’s recent poor form and the sacking of Samuel Boadu.
