Accra Hearts of Oak defeated Dreams FC 3-0 to record their first win of the season.
The Phobians came into the game hoping to grab their first win of the season, whiles Dreams were hoping to bounce back to winning ways after failing to win any of their last two games.
New manager Kosta Papic made two changes to the team that played against Karela, Nurudeen Abdul Aziz came on for Eshun, whiles Kwadwo Obeng Jnr came on for Abednego Tetteh,
Wilfred Dormon as well made changes to the team that played Legon Cities. Godfred Amoah came in for the Suspended Solomon Agbesi. Joseph Esso and Emmanuel Ocran were named on the bench.


Hearts of Oak started the game the better side and came close to scoring in the 16th minute, Obeng Jnr pounced on an error by the Dreams defense, but his ferocious effort struck the woodwork.
Obeng Jnr broke the deadlock in the 38th minute, he calmly passed the ball into the net after a good work by Patrick Razak.
Michelle Sarpong made it 2-0 just minutes after the recess, he tapped the ball into the net after a first effort from Obeng Jnr was blocked.
Dreams nearly pulled one back a minute later, Dantani found himself in a 1 on 1 situation with Richard Attah, but he failed to even hit the target. Surely a contender for the miss of the season.
Dreams grew into the game and saw more of the ball, but they failed to make that count.
Patrick Razak nearly killed the game off in the 73rd minute, he made a decent run into the 18-yard box and fired a missile towards goal, but Goalkeeper Godfred Amoah was there to keep the ball out.
The Pobians wrapped things up in the 89th minute, Michelle Sarpong headed the ball from close range to make it 3-0.
The game ended 3-0, Hearts of Oak pick their first win of the season, whiles Dreams’ winless run stretches to 3 games. Raddy Ovouka was named man of the match.
