Accra Great Olympics have appointed former Black Stars striker Yaw Preko as new manager.
This comes in after management relieved Annor Walker off his duties due to health reasons.
The experienced gaffer who led Olympics to some great results at the start of the ongoing Premier league season has not been on the touchline in the club’s last two games due to illness.
His absence has seen the club lose back to back games to Aduana Stars and AshantiGold.
Due to the situation, management has now appointed former Hearts of Oak and Anderlecht striker Yaw Preko to continue with Annor Walkers’ good works.
Yaw Preko previously managed Nigerian side Ifeanyi Ubah. He was also assistant of the Black Satellites (U-20), Black Starlets (U-17) , Hearts of Oak and Kings Palace FC.
Great Olympics currently sit 7th on the Premier league table with 11 points after 8 matches played.
The Dade boys will play against Inter Allies in their next premier league game, Yaw Preko is expected to be in the dugout for the game.
