The Black Stars recorded a 3-1 victory against Liberia in a friendly encounter at the Accra Sports Stadium.
Chris Hughton made changes to the team that came from behind to beat Central African Republic 2-1 on Thursday. Abdul Manaf Nurudeen, Kingsley Schindler, Abdul Fatawu Hamidu, Nicholas Opoku and so on were handed starting roles

The first 45 minutes of the game produced no goals, Ghana saw more of the ball and created numerous chances but failed to take them. The best chance of half fell to Antoine Semenyo who went round the goalkeeper in the 35th minute but failed to plant the ball home.
Ghana continued their domination in the second half and went ahead in the 52nd minute, Ernest Nuamah controlled a good pass from Nicholas Opoku and poked the ball home.
Eight minutes later, Ghana doubled their lead. Mohammed Kudus collected a good pass from Ernest Nuamah and calmly passed the ball into the net.
The Black Stars continued to control the game and scored the third in the 82nd minute, Jordan Ayew hammered in a rebound after his first effort was blocked on the line.
Later in the game, Liberia pulled a goal back but that wasn’t enough for them to mount a comeback as Ghana held on to win 2-1.
