Former Dreams FC midfielder Cletus Nombil has signed for Slovakian Division One fold FC Petržalka, MahamaShaibu.com can exclusively report.
Cletus joins the Bratislava-based side on an undisclosed contract after successful negotiations and going through mandatory clubs.

The midfielder had been training with Petržalka since the beginning of the month and was seen in action in the recent preparatory games, providing the assist for the team’s goal in the 4-1 defeat to Dukla Banska Bystrica last weekend.
Petržalka becomes Cletus Nombil’s third team in Europe. The 22-year old first arrived in Europe in September 2020 and played for Israeli first Division side, Hapoel Katamon Jerusalem from Ghanaian side Dreams FC.
Cletus Nombil in his first season helped Hapoel Jerusalem secure promotion to the Israeli top flight league for the first time in over two decades.
In the 2021/22 season, Cletus featured for Hapoel Jerusalem in the Israeli topflight league, but left the team in the course of the season to sign for Hapoel Kfar Saba, where he last played before arriving at Petržalka.
FC Petržalka, a team-based in Bratislava is one of the oldest existing football club in Slovakian football history. The club was founded in 1898 and are two-time winners of the Slovak Superliga, two-time winners of the Slovak Super Cup and the Slovak Cup.
Petržalka have vanquished from the Slovakian topflight league since 2010 and are hoping the arrival of Cletus Nombil will aid the team back to the elite league.
The Bratislava-based side will kickoff off the new season at home on Saturday, July 29 against FK Pohronie.
