“Desist from wooing” – Eleven Wonders respond to reports of Kelvin Osei Asibey joining Accra Hearts of Oak

Access Bank Division One side, Techiman Eleven Wonders has rubbished reports that defender Kelvin Osei Asibey is close to joining giants Accra Hearts of Oak.

Per widespread, Hearts of Oak are on the verge of wrapping up a deal for Kelvin Asibey. Images online indicates that the player has underwent medicals successfully and is expected to be unveiled in the coming days

However, Eleven Wonders has in a statement debunked all those reports, urging all clubs interested in their players to contact management for negotiations and desist from using dubious means.

The statement read: “Our attention has been drawn to news making rounds across the social media that our player Kelvin Osei Asibey has been transferred to Accra Hearts of Oak. We wish to put it on record that Kelvin Osei Asibey is still our player and under contract and has not been transferred to any club. In fact we are looking forward to work with him next season.

“We, however, wish to urge any club that wants the player to contact our management for negotiations and desist from wooing and having medical of him without seeking prior approval from Techiman Eleven Wonders,” the statement ended.

Assibey was fantastic in the just ended Division One season, leading his team to the final but unfortunately missed on promotion on penalties.

The 22-year old made 25 appearances, scored 2 goals and provided 7 assists. He as well won 6 man of the match awards.
