The friendly game between the U-17 Men’s team of Ghana, the Black Starlets and Volta-region based Division Two side Home Stars Fc will be played on Monday, February 14.
The game was initially scheduled to take place on Sunday, February 13 but was called off after just 8 minutes due to a heavy downpour.
The officials decided to call off the game after the pitch was waterlogged and deemed unplayable.
The game will now take place on Monday, February 14 at the Ho Sports Stadium and will kickoff at 2:00 pm.
Head Coach of the Black Starlets, Paa Kwesi Fabin will use the game to access his side ahead of their upcoming International competitions; WAFU Zone B Cup of Nations and the TotalEnergies U-17 Africa Cup of Nations.
The Black Starlets failed to qualify for the last edition of the U-17 Africa Cup of Nations which was later cancelled because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
