Real Tamale United (RTU) will battle with Nsoatreman at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium on Saturday, April 8, 2023.
On Sunday April 9, Division One Zone Two table toppers Skyy FC will welcome fellow Division One opposition Ebusua Dwarfs to the St. Martins Park in Daboase.
The final slot in the semifinal will be contested for by the resurgent King Faisal and betPawa Pawa Premier League table toppers Aduana FC at the Nana Kyei Complex in Abrankese.

Following the MTN FA Cup Quarterfinal games, the betPawa Premier League will resume on Saturday, April 15, with the Gameweek 26 fixtures taking place across the various match centers.
The Gameweek will see holders Asante Kotoko travel to Berekum to face Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park. Aduana FC who were recently banned from using the Nana Agyemang Badu I Stadium will host Great Olympics at a yet to be announced venue.
Medeama will square off with bitterest rivals Karela United at the Akoon Park in Tarkwa, Hearts of Oak will welcome Nsoatreman to the Accra Sports Stadium and so on.
