Posted by The draw for the Preliminary round of the 2022/23 MTN FA Cup took place on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at the Ghana Football Association (GFA) secretariat.
The Preliminary round of the oldest competition in Ghana will involve all 48 Division One teams and 44 clubs from the regional Division Two league.
The draw presented us with some exciting matchups, Akatsi All Stars will face Volta Rangers in the Volta derby, Debibi United will host Eleven Wonders, Bofoakwa Tano will play Young Apostles, Liberty Professionals battle Nania and so on.
The preliminary round games will be played between Tuesday, November 1 to Thursday, November 10, with winners from the one-off encounters advancing to the Round of 64 in December which will see the Premier clubs joining the fray.
