2022 World Cup: How Ghana could lineup against South Korea

Ghana’s Black Stars will come up against South Korea in the second Group H round of games of the Qatar 2022 World Cup at the Education City Stadium on Monday.

The Black Stars head into the game in dire need of a win to save their campaign after losing their first game 3-2 to Portugal on Thursday.

Despite the defeat which leaves Ghana bottom of Group H heading into the second round of games, Head Coach Otto Addo is not expected to make changes to his formation, maintaining the 3-4-3 formation he deployed against Portugal.

Lawrence Ati-Zigi is expected to retain his place in goal, while Daniel Amartey, Mohammed Salisu and Alexander Djiku maintain their places at center-back.

Tariq Lamptey is expected to come in for Alidu Seidu and Baba Rahman who provided an assist and was at fault for one of the goals Ghana conceded is expected to maintain his place in the team.

Salis Abdul Samed and Thomas Partey are expected to maintain their positions in midfield. Skipper Andre Ayew and Mohammed Kudus are expected to play slightly ahead of the duo, while Inaki Williams leads the attack

The game will kickoff at 13:00 GMT.
