Posted by Asante Kotoko defeated Bechem United 4-2 on penalties shootouts after a 2-2 draw to secure a place in the round of 32 of the 2022/23 MTN FA Cup.

In the 18th minute, Isaiah Nyarko scored to reduce the deficit, before a deflected free-kick from Francis Twene hit the net in the 70th minute to make the score line 2-2.
The remaining minutes of the game saw no goals and penalties was needed to separate the two sides.
In the shootout, Bechem United lost 4-2, Fredrick Asare stopped the kicks of Hafiz Wontah Konkoni and Joseph Kinful.
At the Crosby Awuah Memorial (CAM) park, Karela United kicked out rivals Medeama on penalties after a 1-1 draw.
Steadfast won 1-0 to kick-out Tamale City, Samartex trash Adjoafuaman 4-1, Aduana FC scored in either half to beat Dormaa Unity 2-0 and so on.
