The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced the best performing players in each position in Gameweek Two (2) of the 2022/23 betPawa Premier League.
The list was compiled and presented by former Black Stars goalkeeper Abubakari Damba.
Abubakari Damba in the team of the week opted for a 4-2-3-1 formation and selected Yaw Preko who led Great Accra Olympics to a 1-1 draw against bitterest rivals Hearts of Oak as his Coach of the week.
In post for the team is Bejamin Asare who made a number of good saves to earn Great Olympics a point against Hearts of Oak.
The back four is occupied by Samartex’s Larry Sumaila, Abdul Jalilu of Dreams, Fuseini Zackaria of Berekum Chelsea and Karela’s Solomon Twene.
Aduana’s Kwame Adom Frimpong and Kwasi Donsu of Medeama were selected in midfield.
The other positions in the team are occupied by Stephen Diyou of Nsoatreman, Hearts of Oak’s Gladson Awako, Hagan Frimpong of Accra Lions and Issah Kuka of Real Tamale United (RTU).
