Posted by The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has announced the best performing players in each position in Gameweek sixteen (16) of the 2022/23 betPawa Premier League.
The list was compiled and presented by former Black Stars goalkeeper Abubakari Damba.
Abubakari Damba in the team of the week opted for a 3-5-3 formation and selected Seydou Zerbo who led Asante Kotoko a 4-0 win against Accra Lions at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
In post for the team of the week is Frederick Asare of Asante Kotoko. Medeama’s Nurudeen Abdulai, Farouk Adams of Bibiani Gold Stars and Stephen Anokye Badu of Aduana FC occupy the defense.
Noah Martey of Bibiani GoldStars and Rashid Nortey occupy the flanks, while Emmanuel Agyemang Badu of Great Olympics, Flavien Kwasi Kongoza of Berekum Chelsea and Manaf Umar of Real Tamale United (RTU) were picked for the other midfield positions.
The attack is led by Tamale City’s Sampson Eduku and Steven Mukwala who got a brace for Asante Kotoko against Accra Lions.
