Posted by Gameweek 17 of the 2022/23 Greater Accra Regional Football Association (GARFA) produced some exiting and shocking results across the six zones.
Some of the outstanding results saw Ghana Eagles defeat Faith Soccer Academy 2-1 away from home. Accra Athletic defeated Ashaiman Revelation 1-0 to maintain their 11 points lead at the top of the Zone One table.
Real Ebony trashed Accraen Verum Ipsum 4-0 to close down on Raisa FC. Ghana Army and Danbort were held at home by Real Athletico and Kingdom FC respectively.
Charity Stars were also held at home by Prestige FC, 1-1. The game between Accra Five Stars and Great Ambition ended abruptly, the game ended while Great Ambition were 1-0.
Zone four table toppers Desidero bounced back to winning ways with a 2-1 away win against Kowa Naso. Montreal United defeated Union Sportive Avranches 2-1 to go top of Zone Five. In Madina, Feilies shocked Accra New Era, beating them 1-0.
Progen maintained top spot in Zone six after beating Madina Republicans 1-0, Still Believe thrashed Agomeda 4-1, Mountaineers were 1-0 losers at home to Yitshar FC and so on.
