The 2022/23 Accra North District Football Association (ANDFA) Division Three Middle League kicked off on Wednesday, June 26, 2023 at the Apenkwa AstroTurf.

Six teams who are winners of their respective zones in the regular season are battling for a place in the Greater Accra Regional Football Association (GARFA) Division Two League next season.

The teams have been divided into two groups, with Group A consisting of Mendez FC, Bayern Munich and Prestige Heights FC. Group B is made up of Trinity FC, Doxa-H United and Onion FC.

The opening games of the competition were played on Wednesday, Mendez FC got off to a flying in Group A after beating Prestige Heights 3-1. In the opening game of Group B, Doxa-H United defeated Trinity FC 4-3.

The games will continue on Friday, July 28. In Group A, Bayern Munich will play Prestige Heights FC, while Doxa-H United play Onion FC in Group B.

The final round of games in the group stages will be played on Tuesday, July 31. Mendez FC play Bayern Munich in Group A and Trinity FC play Onion FC in Group B.

The top placed side in each group advance to the final, with the winner securing promotion to the GARFA Division Two League. The final will be played on Friday, August 4, 2023.
